Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cleanandneat.ie stores on your device and which other services your browser may contact while you use the site. It’s run by C&N House and Garden Doctors (Clean and Neat), Donabate, County Dublin, Ireland. Questions: info@cleanandneat.ie.
The short version
- We don’t use advertising or social-media cookies. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.
- Fonts, images and reviews are served from our own website, so they don’t share your details with anyone.
- Maps from OpenStreetMap and Google Analytics only load after you say yes.
- Our online booking page shows a form from our scheduling system, ZenMaid, which sets a cookie it needs to take your booking (see below).

Our Google Analytics tag tells Google not to use your data for advertising or personalisation. If you withdraw consent, we delete these cookies.
Online booking form
Our Book Online page shows a booking form run by ZenMaid (ZenMaid Inc.), the system we use to schedule cleans. The form only loads on that page. When it loads, your browser connects to ZenMaid and receives:

The form also loads fonts from Google Fonts and Font Awesome, and ZenMaid uses Sentry to spot errors in the form. These services receive your IP address and browser details. The details you type into the form (name, contact details, address, the clean you want) go to ZenMaid so we can schedule and confirm your booking. ZenMaid may process them outside the EU. Because the form is needed to provide a service you’ve asked for, it doesn’t need your cookie consent. If you’d rather not use it, contact us or call us to book instead.
Links to other sites
Our WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps links only contact those services if you click them. From then on, their own cookie policies apply.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
Contact form
When you send a message through our contact form, your name, email, phone number (optional) and message are emailed to us, so we can reply. We don’t use them for anything else.
